🟦 Pathways Academy (Connecticut)
Challenge:
Curriculum gaps across core subjects; need for inclusive, SPED-responsive instruction and interdisciplinary alignment.
Approach:
Designed a comprehensive 9–12 curriculum across six content areas, delivered teacher training on restorative practices, and provided biweekly coaching to ensure effective implementation.
Result:
Launched a schoolwide standards-based curriculum aligned to CT Core Standards. Teachers reported greater clarity and cohesion, and leadership now has a sustainable instructional roadmap through 2025.
🟨 Bridgeport Academy Elementary School (Connecticut)
Challenge:
Leadership team lacked cohesion and tools to manage teams effectively or navigate conflict productively.
Approach:
Facilitated DISC-based leadership assessments, immersive PD workshops, and a community-based service activity focused on team-building and empathy.
Result:
The leadership team reported a renewed sense of trust, self-awareness, and collaborative focus—laying the groundwork for stronger staff morale and schoolwide alignment.

🏫 ACES Wintergreen Inter-District Magnet School
Project Challenge
The district wanted to move beyond a static “Portrait of a Graduate” framework to implement the core competency of Empathy into everyday school practice.
Approach
Facilitated an interactive professional development session using collaborative activities to translate empathy from a concept into actionable strategies for curriculum, instruction, and community-building.
Result

🧭 The Hepatitis Education Project (HEP) (Seattle, Washington)
